The Institut de Recherche Clinique du Bénin (IRCB) is an autonomous not-for-profit entity under Beninese law comprising a multi-Institute partnership between the University of Abomey-Calavi Faculty of Health Science, the Beninese Government’s Centre for Integrated Malaria Control (CLIP), and IRD.

Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal):
ISGlobal is a cutting-edge institution with capacity to address global public health challenges through research, translation and education. The institute has a broad research portfolio in communicable and non- communicable diseases. ISGlobal is a WHO collaborating centre for Malaria Control, Elimination and Eradication since 2013.
Benin National Viral Haemorrhagic Fever Laboratory (Ministry of Health of Benin)
The Laboratory (Ministry of Health), has benefited since its creation from an on-going collaborative partnership with the Bernhard Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine (BNITM) in Germany. The Laboratory is equipped to conduct diagnosis of a range of viral infections (Lassa, Ebola, Dengue, Zika, Chikungunya) using routine standardised qPCR-based methods.
Health Information Systems Directorate, Burkina Faso
Within the Ministry of Health of Burkina Faso, the Health Information Systems Directorate (DSIS) has the role of coordinating the policy of the national health information system (SNIS). The SNIS is set up for the production and dissemination of health information. For the Covid-19 epidemic, a specific system was set up for case management and contact tracing.
